Cancellation/Returns
/Exchanges
Customers may cancel the order within 7 days after the goods are received.
All cancellations/amendments must be notified to Mondo Fiorentino by email.
Returns will not be accepted without approval from Mondo Fiorentino.

On cancellation of products customers are obliged to return the goods in their original condition and packaging, tags/labels must be attached and undamaged.
All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection before final return approval.
Some returns will need to be sent directly to the italian factory if their initial shipping origin point was Italy, an address will be provided during the return/exchange process.
For returns originating from the UK warehouse must be sent to the UK address.

Costs for returning goods will be met by the customer unless products were incorrectly delivered by the factory or damaged whilst in transit, only in this case a pre-paid collection service will be arranged by the factory.

Costumers will be solely responsible for any damaged products whilst in transit using means arranged by them. Whilst in possession of the goods customers shall be under a duty to take reasonable care.

Mondo Fiorentino will not accept goods returned which have been made unfit for resale.

We strongly advise to use a tracking service to guarantee a safe delivery.

Refunds will only be made to the same credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase.
Please allow reasonable time for the refund to appear on your statement as credit card providers apply different timescale procedures for the refund to be processed.

If you request an exchange which is of  higher value, any difference due to you will be credited back on your card used to purchase the previous product.

This Agreement is to be interpreted in accordance with English Law but may be subject for consumers to the jurisdiction of the English, Welsh, Northern Irish or Scottish courts at the claimant's choice.

Contact will be made with customers via the e-mail address provided at the time of placing the order or by telephone in respect to any communication regarding the purchased product.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Messages received outside these hours will  not be processed until the next working day.
