How to Order

Please follow few simple steps on how to order Mondo Fiorentino's online products.

Step 1
Please select the product of your choice from any of the categories, i.e. Office and Business Bags, Briefcases, Travel Bags, etc. and select quantity and colour, the latter if applicable.

Step 2
If you are happy with your choice, click  "Add to Cart" at this point you can either proceed to "Checkout" or go "Back to Store" to continue shopping if you wish to purchase more than 1 product.

Step 3
If you are a new customer please fill in your name, address, and contact number.

If you have a Discount code or Gift Voucher No please enter it in the appropriate box and click Apply, you can also add a note for delivery instructions

Step 4
You will be presented with 2 payment method choices, "By Sage Pay (Ex Protx) and By Email.
If you wish to purchase online please click on Sage Pay.
Fill in all the required Protx payment fields, Name on card, card number, etc, then press Process Payment for the amounn shown.
You will then receive a confirmation email confirming if the payment was successful.

Our Website has a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) allowing secure online transactions of credit/debit cards.
We do not have access to your credit/debit cards details.
 

Credit Card details are only used by the payment process system PROTX (now SagePay) an approved provider for Lloyds TSB Cardnet which is one of the largest and safest payment service provider. They meet the highest security standards to secure sensitive data.


If you choose the Telephone or Email payment methods instead, a purchase order will then be created and automatically received by us specifying your payment choice.
One of our representatives will call you back as soon as possible.

Should you prefer to place an order off line with Mondo Fiorentino UK please call 01488 640507 or simply fill in the "CONTACT US" Form providing name and contact number, one of our representatives will call you back to go over the off line purchase process.

Never email your credit/debit card details as this is not a secure method.
