Guarantee

All products come with a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee.

All our leather briefcases and leather travel bags are manufactured to a very high standard and are guaranteed to last considerably longer than many products currently offered on the open market.
However, should any product fall short of your expectations or arrive damaged whilst in transit, we will refund your money or exchange it for something different free of charge.

The guarantee will cover any unexpected manufacturing faults such as zips, lining, stitching, or hardware malfunctioning.
The guarantee does not cover for misuse of products, scratches, tears and cuts.
Repairs will be free of charge but limited to the faulty parts.
The factory will not be obliged to carry out any restoration work free of charge due to misuse, scratches, tears and cuts.
We will be happy to provide you with an estimate for any repair work.
Costs for returning the goods will only be met by the manufacturer if a product is found to be faulty or damaged whilst in transit.
The customer will be responsible for P&P costs for any returns not related to faulty goods.

Repairs will only be carried out by the italian factory, returns will not be accepted at the UK address.
When opening your parcel, please take care not to use a knife or any sharp object as to avoid damaging the product.
