Free standard delivery to UK Mainland
• Orders will normally be processed as soon as they are received via the purchase system, business hours Monday to Friday 09.30 - 17.30. Orders received outside these hours will be processed the following business day.
• We only ship using trusted couriers like GLS, UPS, DHL and PARCELFORCE .
A Tracking Code will be provided for you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Most orders are delivered in 1-3 days, depending on the time of the day when an order is received. Some orders may take longer (4 to 5 working days) if shipped directly from the italian factory.
Please note that delivery times are only after the goods have left the warehouse in Italy, the estimated time of 2 working days refers to the time it takes for the goods to leave the factory after the order is received.
• A more accurate delivery time which is based on UPS, GLS and DHL Standard service can be checked online.
We are in the hands of our trusted couriers and therefore cannot guarantee their services.
• Shipping takes place only on working days, dispatches will not be made on weekends and public holidays.
• We will not deliver to PO Boxes or Armed forces addresses.
Goods wil only be delivered to the address provided during the order process.
Extra charges may apply for items delivered outside the UK Mainland area, i.e.the Channel Islands and Guernsey, UK Highlands, Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
Deliveries to EU countries
We can deliver to some EU countries for an additional charge of £12.95
• All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over, please make sure someone is at the specified delivery address.
In the event no one being present during delivery , a card will be left notifying you of the first delivery attempt with instructions of how to rearrange delivery.
It is your responsibility to liaise with the courier firm.
Any undue care from the customer's part, i.e. neglecting to rearrange a delivery with the courier, therefore causing the goods to be returned to the factory, will attract an administration charge of £25 and cancellation of the order.
We are not liable for any losses or expenses caused by any delivery delays
Refunds will only be processed once the goods are received by the factory and inspected for any damage.
• Delivery timescales will be within the specified time. We will make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale.
• Delivery times are estimates and should not be taken as guaranteed delivery times especially during peak seasons i.e. Christmas, Easter and Valentine’s day.
Summer Holidays
During the period 1/31 August delivery time scale will be extended due to the production line being shut down for the summer holiday.
Christmas Holidays
For deliveries using Standard Service orders must reach us by12noon on 20th December 2010 to guarantee delivery by 24rd December.
For deliveries up to 5 kg. using UPS Express Service (next day delivery) £29.95 supplement will be applicable, for deliveries over 5 kg. we will call you to quote a delivery charge.
